If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your countertop appliances, cutlery, and gadgets within 30 days of shipment for a full refund or exchange. Major appliances may be subject to different return conditions based on installation and delivery status.

Return Process

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original packaging with all included accessories and manuals to ensure a smooth inspection process.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed within 10-15 business days.
